I am very excited to announce that Nicole Atkins will be making her Grand Ole Opry debut September 12, 2026 and I’ll be playing with her. If you’re going to be in the Nashville area, you can get tickets here.
I’m also pleased to share the music video for the second single from Nicole’s forthcoming album DRAMA.
The song is called “Trippin’ on Teardrops” and I was proud to be a part of the recording, produced by Pat Sansone of Wilco. The album is out September 18 on Wicked Game Records, Chris Isaak’s new label in partnership with Sun Records. Pre-order the album here.
September 18 is also the date Nicole plays AmericanaFest 2026 in Nashville, at the beautiful Analog in the Hutton Hotel. So this will be the record release show as well.
Memphis friends: I’ll be playing with my quartet at Huey’s Germantown this Sunday, August 30, 6 - 9 PM. The band will be Danny Banks on drums, Landon Moore on bass, and T. Jarrod Bonta on keys. Please join us!
